Join us as we host Waseem and Elizabeth!
This time will be a meet and greet with Teahouse missionaries who are a part of our denomination, the Christian and Missionary Alliance!
Waseem and Elizabeth were born and raised in Pakistan, where they met and married in Lahore. Elizabeth accepted Christ through a local church ministry after high school, and Waseem through Youth & Sports ministry (Titus 3:5). Waseem is a community developer, and Elizabeth is a medical professional. With a heart for reaching least-reached communities in the 10/40 window, God called them (Acts 1:8) in 2011 to serve as the first long-term missionaries from a small church in Pakistan. Their vision is to build vibrant communities of Jesus followers in Central Asia, where they now serve in a relational, Muslim-majority, landlocked mountain country known for its warm hospitality, lively conversation, and national dishes shared over tea.
The Meet and Greet will be held at Edinburg Road Chapel at 10am – with bagels and coffee provided!
